Bravura is a Design house company based in Indonesia that specializes in custom designed products. We Use a blend of modern and traditional methods to create stunning results. Bravura has selected local craftsman to work in partnership to produce high quality products that are exclusively made by Bravura design team.
Bravura only selects materials and products that are durable, unique and well made in design and appearance. It is the mix of materials, craftsmanship and original design which create products of sophistication and elegance at an affordable price. We can create from a sketch or design reference, prepare CAD drawings and technical specifications and produce samples or complete mock up.
We have effective production management and quality control systems in place to ensure all products are maintained to our high standard of craftsmanship. A successful project involves both the realization of the design and a execution of the project considering the quality, cost, and delivery time required. We are professional and competitive. Our aim is to always meet our customer requirements in quality and design and ensure success every time.

Product and Design
Bravura provides a full design service to suit every type of client. From multinational purchasing companies who deal with high volume, high spec projects or an independent hotel, villa or resort, as well as retailers and wholesalers of homeware products. Bravura provides hassle-free design + living solutions to meet all client needs.
Packaging Branding, and Labeling
Bravura can assist with branding, packaging, and labeling of product goods. (hang-tags, stickers, business cards, brass plaques, codes, shopping bags, and promotional material). However, there will be an additional charge for this service.
Request Samples
Bravura provides a full design service to suit every type of client. Quality Control
We have an extensive internal audit and inspection quality control process. We welcome external auditing as required by client. Any product quality issues after delivery will be discussed and will be dealt with immediately, as long as evidence is provided.
Term
of Order
Minimun Order
Minimum order quantity per item is 10 pcs /set per item and total minimum value is Rp 25.000.000,- per order.
- All pricings are quoted from our ex-factory Yogyakarta location, or otherwise as requested and made by special arrangement.
- All images and prices shown on this website are indicative only and will be confirmed placing an order.
- Prices quoted are valid for 3 months. After 3 months prices may change without notice.
- As domestic transaction, 10% VAT will be applied on each invoice.
Payment Terms
A minimum of 50% deposit is required upon receipt of all orders. Orders will only commence once Bravura receive the funds in its account, and non-refundable. Final payment is required prior to released of the goods.
Payment by TT (Telegraphic Transfer) for both deposit and balance payments can be made into the following account, in full amount (any transfer costs to be paid in full by the client).

Production Lead Time
As General standard, please allow 4-6 weeks production time for most item orders. However sometimes if your order high volume and/or require a high degree of design or development detail, we will need to review the production time on a case by case basis.
Quality Control
We Complete a comprehensive item inspection on each piece prior to final packing and to conform to the quality level agreed by both parties (Bravura and Customer).
- All claims with regard to the quality or quantity of the goods shall be made in writing to us so as to reach us within 3 days of receipt of goods or such goods shall be deemed to comply as to quality and quantity with the terms of the contract.
- You must examine all goods delivered at the time of delivery. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from damage caused to the goods in transit unless loss or damaged is noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery.
We will provide samples as per your preference. All the samples will be charged at the sample price. Once you place the order, the invoice will be deducted by sample price.
All shipping/delivery costs occurred due to samples delivered, will be charged in full to the customer. Each samples with no further order within 2 (two) months, might be offered to other parties.

Claims
- 50% Down payment, once order confirmed and PO issued.
- Balance, paid in full 7 days prior the shipment for ex factory or 7 days upon shipment for FOB price.
- Production for an order will only commence once 50% deposit received in our bank account.
- Sample and it’s shipment, will be charge to Buyer base on sample’s price basis.
